Sydenham House is a Grade 1 listed building situated near Okehampton in Devon. After a significant fire to the site, renovations were required and we were contracted by Austin Newport to re-fix the roof in Delabole slate to a random width and diminishing course specification. This was a significant size job with a high profile and was successfully completed to a high standard with the house owner and contractor very happy with the finished work.
