The Nansledan School roof was a high profile project managed by Midas Construction and overseen by The Duchy of Cornwall. The 2000 square metre roof was fixed with Marley Lincoln clay pantiles in natural red so is very visible to the surrounding area. The roof pitch on this job at 55 degrees is very steep making the handling of materials challenging. There was a sprocketed lower section to add to the detail of the specification. We worked with Marley to ensure materials were available when required and used the manufacturers site specific fixing specification. The finished building is now a fully operational community school.
